Sustained high-temperature operation 85 to 150 degC for 24 to 168 hour burn-in cycles. Eliminates infant-mortality failures in electronics and PCBs.
The ENV-10-2 burn-in chamber sustains stable high-temperature conditions (85 - 150 degC) for periods of 24 to 168 hours during electronic component infant-mortality screening. Multiple shelves with electrical bias feed-throughs accommodate powered burn-in fixtures and DUT trays for IC, PCB and assembly screening per JEDEC JESD22-A108 and MIL-STD-883 Method 1015.
